Helen Gasiewski of Wyandotte died Sept. 2 at the age of 87. She is survived by her children, Gloria (David) Hay and Randy; grandchildren Chris Gasiewski, and Michael, Aaron and Nathan Hay; and her sisters, Mary Saj and Theres Kwasnik. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley. 

A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2609 10 St. in Wyandotte. The burial of cremains will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 899 Ford Rd., Wyandotte. No visitation is scheduled.
