Walter H. Maciag of Wyandotte died Aug. 10 at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife Alice; his children, Michelle (Christopher) Hurley and Marsha (Chris) Wilson; siblings Theresa Gutowski, Joanne Fury, Margaret Swiderski, Paul Maciag, Alvin Maciag and Mary Jane Smith; and four grandchildren. 

Visitation at Czopek Funeral Directors is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 11, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday, Aug. 12, from noon to 9 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary. Funeral services on Saturday, Aug. 13, will begin with 9:30 a.m. prayers at Czopek to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Mich.
