Disagree with Your Property Assessment? Meet with the Wyandotte Board of Review Later This Month
The Board of Review will meet at Wyandotte City Hall from Feb. 21-24 and Feb. 27-28.
If you want to know how much your property is worth, check your mailbox.
Tax assessment notices have been mailed to all property owners in Wyandotte.
Anyone who disagrees with an assessment can appeal it before the city's Board of Review, which is gearing up for six meetings later this month.
Anyone wishing to appear before the Board of Review must first make an appointment by calling the city assessor's office at 734-324-4510.
The Board of Review will meet at the following times in the city council chambers on the second floor of City Hall:
- Feb. 21 - 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m.
- Feb. 22 - 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m.
- Feb. 23 - 1 to 4 p.m., 6 to 9 p.m.
- Feb. 24 - 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m.
- Feb. 27 - 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m.
- Feb. 28 - 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m.
Those unable to appear before the board can also appeal their assessment in writing to the assessor's office.
