Spend the day enjoying art at the DIA and the night sleeping peacefully at the Bishop-Brighton Bed and Breakfast.

Today’s escape invites you to become a tourist in your own town and spend the night away from home. The Bishop-Brighton Bed and Breakfast is offering a special that includes a one-night stay in their Esther Amelia room and two general admission tickets to the Detroit Institute of Arts. This special package also includes a parking pass for the DIA, a book of Diego Rivera postcards and a DIA sticker for your car. The Esther Amelia room has a queen-sized, four-poster bed with bed steps, a dresser, reading chair and antique desk. The private bath has an antique claw-foot tub with a stand-up shower. The price for this package is $100 and runs through the end of March. For reservations, call 734-284-7309.
