Visitors to Wyandotte's salons can find stylists with experience ranging from two months to 30 years.

Hair stylists work hard to make sure all customers leave looking their best. Cuts, perms and coloring are just some of the services they perform every day. Several excellent stylists are employed at Wyandotte hair salons.

Here are five Wyandotte hair stylists:

1. Heather Schwochow

Immediately following graduation from Tri-State Beauty College, Heather Schwochow was hired by Teezers Hair Salon. Since then, she has worked at the salon for nearly 10 years.

2. Jill Fortener

Jill Fortener and her husband, Jim Fortener, own Jim's Hair Corral. She works at the business as a stylist and said the best part of her 30-year career has been the chance to make people happy.

3. Melissa Pinkowski

Melissa Pinkowski has owned and operated City Street Salon for the last five years. During her 23-year career as a stylist, she has worked at several other salons, including Helene’s Magic Mirror.

4. Sarah Daw

Sarah Brooks Salon stylist Sarah Daw has been in the hair styling business for 15 years. She said the creativity of the job, along with making people happy, are her favorite aspects of working as a stylist.

Definitely Gerrie Blaies at Mane Floor Salon. I've been with her since her days back at Barry & Co. and she's the best. She's like family and me or the kids will never go anywhere else!

Agree with Debbie - love Heather! A trip to to Teezers was part of my weekend trips in from Chicago. Great cuts, good color, and the value was impossible to beat! :) I think all of the current stylists have helped me at one time or another. Not a bad thing to say about anyone!
