Love the variety!

Revisiting favorite vendors, seeing lots of friends and acquaintances, spending time with my family and most importantly...the polish food.

I look foreward to the Wyandotte Street Art Fair every year. It's a perfect family outing with great things to see. Every year we 'bump' into friends &/or plan to meet other friends there. The Many handmade items on display and the excellent food bring us back every year. Two of my favorite things: tie-dyed T-Shirts and grilled Bratwursts. Yummm. O, must NOT forget Dragons: sculptures. candles, stuffed toy dragons, dragons-on-T-Shirts...etc.

I LOVE THE ART AND DIFFERNET ARTIST FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY, HAND MADE PROJECT. GIVE ME IDEAS FOR MY OWN PROJECTS. MY SON IS AN ARTIST.
AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING.

My favorite part of the Wyandotte Art Fair is the great entertainment. There are always some entertaining bands.

My favorite part about the wyndotte art fair is the variety of vendors every year.
I love getting a chance to meet new artists & see their work. And knowing I'll get to buy something from an artist that's been up there every year for as long as I can remember.

I used to simply enjoy the entire experience from the food to the art to the music but now, I must spill my soul and admit to the world, the highlight of my fair experience this year will be the Wyandotte Patch being a presence at the happiest place on earth (and no, peeps, I ain't talkin' Disney World). <swoon>

I love that there is something for everyone! Great art, photography, crafts, stuff for the kiddies, yummy food and informative booths! Look forward to it every year!!!

The Art Fair is like a Homecoming celebration for anyone who has ties to Wyandotte. Plus you get to see all the Art and creativity, listen to the music and enjoy the food and drinks.

Love the environment, the music, the arts and the food! I guess i love it all!

It's always enjoyable to talk with the people who actually created the piece of art to learn about its origin and the technique used to create it. There is always something new to see. Plus, it's good to see all the different shapes and sizes of humanity.

The Wyandotte Art Fair is a place to meet old friends, make new friends, enjoy great music and great food.

The fair has great artists with lots of variety in their artwork, love getting a fresh squeezed lemonade, vendor food and just people watching.

The art!! The lemonade is also fantastic and local organizations who run the booths get a cut of the profits! It's a win/win!!

I love the family atmosphere!! I also love that it is like a high school reunion for Roosevelt alumni. You don't just see people from your own class but people that graduate before and after you. Nice way to catch up with long lost friends!!

The Wyandotte Street Art Fair is the highlight of my summer! Its so fantastic to get out in the city and meet new people, see new art and listen to great music! Here is to 50 years!

I like seeing Wyandotte in the spotlight! It's always nice to be downtown Wyandotte, but it's even better to see others from long and short distances enjoying what I get to be a proud resident of. The Wyandotte Art Fair is such a nice tradition for our city!

It is great place to meet friends, shop for unique gifts and enjoy the best lemonade ever made! It is also the cleanest street fair thanks to the Roosevelt High School Music Department. They really hlep to make the Street Fair more enjoyable and looking good.

The hum of people, the smells of all the food, the laughter of kids, the variety and "OMG, look at this I have to buy it!"

My favorite part is the community spirit that prevails for not only Wyandotte but the whole downriver community. Seeing my favorite artists and meeting new ones too

The Art Fair is a great opportunity to showcase our city. People from all over visit and get to experience a little bit of what we get to experience on a daily basis!

The Art Fair is a chance to feel a true sense of community with the entire city, whether it be the artists, the vendors, the companies, or simply seeing people you haven't seen for a while. It provides a nice break from the normal routine, a good reason to get some exercise, and fun for the entire family!

I love the Art Fair. My favorite part is the artists who sell items for the yard and garden. I also love seeing friends and neighbors at the fair.

My favorite part of the street fair is the business and interest it brings to the city. Every year, more and more people get to see what a great community Wyandotte is; family friendly, hard working, and talented. I love taking my kids every year so that they can experience this tradition as my family has for years!

I can't put my finger on just 1 thing I love bout the art fair I love it all, the sights,smells,sounds. It just good fun fun

I love the ribbon chips (butterfly chips) and the Kettlecorn from Michigan Kettle Corn.

I enjoy walking around and seeing the variety of the artists and just getting out to do something family orientated. It's nice to have such a great event with so many talents close to home.

Food, Fun and Music!

I am a Wyandotte Jaycee. We are part of the Street Fair every year. We do the Beautful Baby contest, it is always fun to see all the cuite baby pictures & to see all the people who come out & vote for them. Every year there is always wonderful things to look at & great food to eat! It brings a lot of people out to the Great City of Wyandotte & every year I am proud to be a part of it!

It's like a mini-reunion for anyone who went to RHS :)

Each part of the Art Fair interlocks with the next.The evolution and history of how the event has grown is a source of pride for the city. I remember 40 years ago when my mother had a booth selling her art, and marvel at how it has grown over the years.
I love that so many artist have returned for so many years, proving it is a successful venue. I love the P.A.W.S. pet contest and locally sponsered lemonade booths. I love discovering new artists. And seeing old friends. Of course it goes without saying that the FOOD and MUSIC make a full day and evening complete. Our street art fair is one of the oldest and best in the state. We can all be proud !

Picture this.....

The art fair is in full swing. The day is perfect. Mid 80's, sun is shining, a slight breeze and a few clouds to offer a welcome respite from the afternoon sun. Then, almost out of nowhere, a huge storm blows through like a freight train on steroids. For blocks all you can hear is smashing glass and language that would make a sailor blush.

I know this only happens once every five or six years but, wholly crap, it is humorous even though I feel for the exhibitors.

I love seeing friends as vendors and in the bands that play. Supporting Wyandotte and family and friends, it's the best!

I love the variety in the booths, running into old friends and the Cutest Baby booth is always a must see!

it's hard to pick one thing that i love about the street fair. i've been going there for so many years, i guess i would have to say watching it grow over all these years. the street fair gives me and has given me so many wonderful times. this year i am sure will be no disappointment either. looking forward to it this week :)

Three words: Variety, Variety, Variety- you can find almost anything in art, food, and entertainment. That's why Wyandotte is one of the bes art fairs around

I love the different foods that are offered at the street fair, especially the deep fried vegetables, walking around looking at all the beautiful art work, and especially all the sidewalk sales the business offer.

There is so much to enjoy, the smells, sounds, and the fun art to browse through. I love the corndogs, it just takes you back to your childhood, especially if you grew up downriver and have celebrated all the wonderful street fairs, but the best street fair is wyandottes just because of the beautiful scenary.
