Found: Medium-Sized Black Dog with Short Curly Hair

Hello,

I found a black dog at the corner or Eureka and Fort Street tonight 11/19/2012 around 8:30 p.m. I did not want him to get hit by a vehicle so I took him home with me. If anyone knows anyone who this dog belongs to please e-mail me. My e-mail address is Dom0114@yahoo.com. I will keep this dog until I find its rightful owner.

Thank you all in advance for helping return this dog to his family!

This dog is wearing a blue/gray colored colar and is very well trained!

I think he is mine. His name is RJ and he is a black cocker Spaniel with a short hair cut. He got out of the yard last night around 8pm. I live on 23rd near Eureka. Please call me at 734/282-0007. My name is Angie.

Thank you Dominique, and Bless you, for taking this dog in, out of danger, and cared for him while you tried to find the owner. Great news Angie and Kelsey that your dog was found safe and cared for. I volunteer at the Wyandotte Shelter and it breaks our hearts how many dogs and cats come in to the shelter as strays. They are grand animals and we know that they had to have a good home but nobody looks for them. They sit in a cage day after day waiting and listening for the familiar voice and face that never comes. Please friends, when you lose your animal remember to look at the local shelter. They may just be there waiting for you.
