Henry Ford Health System recently hosted its 21st Annual Quality Expo. The expo featured 70 projects aimed at reducing medical errors and improving patient safety, quality and satisfaction.
Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital presented 13 projects, including an initiative in which our staff is working with nursing homes to reduce readmission rates for seniors. Leo, Wyandotte’s therapy dog, was also on hand to help present the hospital’s pet therapy program.
