Wyandotte guitar instructor and acclaimed musician Rob Bourassa will be teaching group guitar lessons beginning Monday, Jan. 9 at the Wyandotte Arts Center.
He will be teaching a 12-week course that will meet every Monday from Jan. 9 to March 26.
Classes will last an hour and students can choose from a session beginning at either 4 p.m. or 7 p.m.
Aside from the lesson, students will also be provided with a video file after each class, allowing for weekly review and practice.
The cost for the 12-week course is $60 and must be paid in advance at the first session.
Class size will be limited to 12 people and students must bring their own guitar each week.

More About Wyandotte Arts Center
The Wyandotte Arts Center, located in the heart of downtown Wyandotte, houses the Downriver Council of the Arts. The organization was founded in 1978, but has been at this location since 2008. The venue has a wide range of art classes for adults and children, lectures, workshops, various music events, spoken word performances and theater performances. The center aims to be an incubator for local creative people. The recently renovated building dates back to the 19th century and is on the historic registry.
