Henry Ford Health Center – Brownstown Wins National Award

BROWNSTOWN - Henry Ford Health Center–Brownstown has been cited by a national organization for consistently high levels of excellence in patient satisfaction.

The Ambulatory Surgery Division at the center, part of Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, has been awarded the Press Ganey “Beacon of Excellence Award” which recognizes top-performing facilities.

In this case, the medical facility maintained constant high levels of excellence in patient satisfaction, based on patient feedback received between May 2010 - April 2013.

The Press Ganey Beacon of Excellence Award recognizes leading health care facilities that have achieved and consistently maintained excellence for multiple years. The award is given to only 45 organizations a year, representing the top three performing organizations by category. Press Ganey partners with more than 10,000 health care facilities, including more than half of all U.S. hospitals, to measure and improve the patient experience.

Located in Brownstown Township at 23050 West Road, the Henry Ford facility is a state-of-the-art health center built in 2006 to serve the residents of southern Wayne and northern Monroe counties.

Henry Ford Health Center–Brownstown offers the convenience of walk-in appointments for a variety of clinical needs, including laboratory and radiology services. It also offers same-day surgeries, a sleep studies center, and physician offices for allergy, dermatology, pediatrics and other specialties.
