2 Easter Egg Hunts Set for Saturday in Wyandotte

The Wyandotte Jaycees and the Trinity Lutheran Church & Community Center are hosting free events.

Children looking to hunt Easter eggs are in luck as there are two separate events on Saturday.

The Wyandotte Jaycees presents its annual "Eggstravaganza" at Bishop Park.

The fun kicks off at 10 a.m. with face painting, balloon animlas, free games, live music and $5 photos with the Easter Bunny by the log cabin. The Easter egg hunt begins at 11 a.m. and is divided into four age categories.

  • 11 a.m. ages 0-2
  • 11:15 a.m. ages 3-5
  • 11:30 a.m. ages 6-10

There will also be a raffle, and all proceeds from the raffle will go to St. Baldrick's Foundation for childhood cancer.

Later in the day, Trinity Lutheran Church & Community Center is hosting a free Easter Egg Hunt at 2 p.m.
