Southbound Biddle is down to one lane Wednesday after construction crews closed the right lane.
The left lane remained open Wednesday morning.
Construction crews closed the lane to allow heavy equipment operators, working close to the road, to move their equipment safely.
The lane is expected to reopen at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
