Wyandotte Not as Cold as Minnesota, and Apparently Parts of L.A. [Video]
If you think this is cold then be glad you don't live in Minnesota.
Compared to the weather in Minnesota, where temperatures can get as cold as minus 40, this is shorts' weather.
News item: Minnesota this week was colder than Antarctica, colder than Mars.

In other parts of the world, such as Los Angeles, a high of 50 degrees is just too low for the local news outlets.
