Local Chalk Artists to Descend on Downtown Wyandotte
Artists can be identified using maps that will be available at the clock tower at Maple and Biddle on the night of the event.
The cement beneath your feet will become canvasses for several artists Friday as Chalk + Chocolate takes center stage in Downtown Wyandotte.
Chalk artists of every level—from professional to students—will create original works of art along the downtown sidewalks.
Patrons of the event will also have an opportunity to show off their chalk art skills in designated spaces.
The event will also feature chocolate creations and chocolate giveaways from local restaurants, and strolling musicians.
Maps of participating artists and local businesses will be available at the clock tower at Maple and Biddle.
Chalk + Chocolate is set for 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.
