Pips Painting Pub, which opened in July, is featuring holiday favorites for painting classes this month.
Pips offers paint classes for adults who are beginners. There is no experience required.
Participants are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to the classes.
"It's a BYOB class. We have calendars built and each night we feature a different painting," said owner Cathy Bontadelli.
"People can just go on the website, pick out a painting they want to learn to create and make a reservation. Everyone follows an instructor and paints the painting that is featured that evening. They are guided step-by-step through the entire painting."
At the end of the night, everyone gets to take the creations home.
"It's been a ton of fun. We have a great time," Bontadelli said.
Pips also offers kids painting classes on Saturdays.
"Pips Painting Pub compliments the fact that Wyandotte is a hidden arts community," said Wyandotte DDA Director Natalie Rankine.
"It's a destination business. People are coming to Wyandotte to go to the classes to paint and have a great time with friends," Rankine added.
All of the supplies are provided with the cost of attending the classes. Adult classes are offered Monday through Friday.
