Tongue's Coffee Hosts Book Signing With Local Author Wally Hayden

Wallace Hayden's new book, Images and Ancestors, will be available for sale and personalized signing on Sunday, Feb. 2 (Groundhog Day) at 2 p.m. at Tongue's Coffee.

Local author Wallace Hayden will be signing copies of his book "Images and Ancestors: Adventures in Local History" Sunday, Feb. 2 (Groundhog Day) at 2 p.m. at Tongue's Coffee in Wyandotte. 

Hayden is the head librarian at Bacon Memorial Library.

The book, a 146 pages of Downriver History, is an expanded compilation of Hayden's popular articles published in The News-Herald over the past few years. 

"It makes a perfect gift for history buffs and anyone with an interest in Wyandotte," the library said in a blog post on Patch. 

Each copy costs $15.
