Hospital Names Chief Operating Officer

Rand O'Leary will oversee the daily operations of Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

Rand O’Leary has been named chief operating officer and senior vice president of . 

O’Leary is responsible for the hospital's day-to-day operations and will assist in the development of goals, objectives and operational plans.

“Rand's broad experience and leadership will bring performance improvement and value to our patients," Jim Sexton, hospital president and CEO, said in a press release Tuesday. "As COO, he will play an intricate role in meeting timely performance standards.”

Prior to joining Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, O’Leary served as regional vice president, clinical and support services, at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township.

O'Leary brings more than 24 years of experience in the health industry and has worked at multiple health institutions, including St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor and Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
