Wyandotte Hospital Names Chief Nursing Officer

Josephine Wahl has been named vice president, patient care services, and chief nursing officer of Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

Josephine Wahl has been named vice president, patient care services, and chief nursing officer of . 

Wahl is responsible for establishing and administering the overall direction for nursing services and providing clinical and programmatic direction.

“Jo’s firsthand experience in nursing care will bring positive and innovative changes to patient care services and quality and performance to the nursing program,” hospital president and CEO Jim Sexton said in a written statement.

Prior to joining Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, Wahl also served as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital–Warren Campus. 

Wahl brings more than 30 years of nursing and related leadership experience and has worked at health institutions including The Detroit Institute for Children and Medseek Inc.
