Wyandotte Man Designs Tigers-Inspired T-shirts

Bleachertees.com's latest creations pay tribute to Detroit Tigers' Prince Fielder and Justin Verlander.

After taking advantage of , a Wyandotte shirt maker has now garnered some notoriety for playing up the most talked about news with the Detroit Tigers.

“When the Charlie Sheen explosion happened, it was a few days after he had used the ‘tiger blood’ phrase that it all of a sudden dawned on me that people could read into the tiger blood thing as being something to do with the Detroit Tigers,” .

With the help of his designer, Olivia Vizachero of AssistSense, Ptak released his “I Bleed Tiger Blood” T-shirt last year through his online T-shirt company, BleacherTees.com.

Ptak has returned to the Tigers theme again this year. But this time, with actual Tigers connections.

His latest creations are shirts promoting Prince Fielder and Justin Verlander. The Fielder shirts carry the slogan "Fielder of Dreams" along with his number. The Verlander shirts say "J MVP" with the "V" resembling home plate, in honor of the athlete being the American League's MVP and Cy Young winner.
