Family Friend of Boy Struck by Train Starts Blog
Kay Hendershot will blog on Wyandotte Patch to share information on Jacob Marion's progress.
Like many others, Kay Hendershot anxiously awaits any update on the condition of Jacob Marion, the 14-year-old Wyandotte boy struck by a train Feb. 28.
Unlike most others, however, she gets those updates from watching his improvements inside his room at Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
As a longtime friend of the family, Hendershot said she's been touched by the outpouring of support from the community and is anxious to share "up-to-date, accurate information on his condition and progress."
