Salon Mon Ami, which opened in June but was undergoing renovations, held a grand opening celebration on Friday.
Salon Mon Ami had a grand opening event on Friday to celebrate renovations being complete on the building.
The salon moved from Riverview to Wyandotte and opened in June. The front of the building has been under renovation for several months.

Pierce said the salon uses Kenra color, which was launced about a year ago.
"We are the first Downriver salon to get Kenra color," Pierce added.
The remodeling was done through a grant with the DDA, according to Director Natalie Rankine.
"The front of the building was all glass and didn't fit into downtown Wyandotte," Rankine said.
The salon received $5,000 from the grant program with the DDA.
"Salons bring traffic and new people to downtown," Rankine said.
"People will come here to the salon and then wander into the shops and other local businesses."
Salon Mon Ami is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
