An icy iteration of the wintry precipitation rapped at windows Friday and the National Weather Service predicts more of the white stuff could fall Monday and Tuesday.

The NWS forecast calls for partly sunny skies, a high of 39 degrees and winds gusting to 20 mph, on Sunday.

Snow showers are expected during the evening Monday, when the forecasting agency predicts a partly sunny skies during the day with a high of 40 degrees. The white stuff could continue to fall Tuesday, which will be mostly cloudy with a high of 38 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
