Henry said the event is organized in the style of speed dating and is targeting people over the age of 35.

“Participants will spent two minutes talking to each person and we will tell them when time is up. We have it all planned out,” Henry said.

Light refreshments will also be served.

Henry said she has heard positive feedback so far and hopes to have several people attend.

Due to requests from other age groups, she said the event in future months might be aimed at younger or older groups.

“This is my very first one so we will see how it goes. Hopefully people show up and have a good time,” Henry said.

There is a $10 entry fee and the event is limited to 10 men and women.
