You've Got Photos: Motorcycle Run Third Friday

Bikers rode from Wyandotte to Trenton and then returned to show off their bikes to the crowd.

The revving of the engines could be heard in downtown Wyandotte during the annual in conjunction with Third Friday.

Bikers rode from Wyandotte to  and then returned for the show portion of the event.

In addition to the motorcycle events, there was plenty of food, beer and local goods for sale. Gratitude Steel Drum Band also performed. Members of the hosted family fun events, including free snow cones.

Thanks for sharing these photos. It was great looking through them. I was not able to attend this event, but from looking the photos I almost feel as though I was there. Great times in Wyandotte!

I'm sorry but I think the Motorcycle event was a failure but could have been the start of something great. I've been attending such events for over thirty years and believe me, if you want bikers to hang out and buy your beer you better have some good old American rock and roll music. Whoever booked the steel band should be relieved of their duties. Get someone else who will research the attending audience. We have attended this "Third Friday" motorcycle event for three years now. We're done. Talk to some bikers and ask them want they like. Such a shame.

Sorry Big Dave - Third Friday events are geared to appeal to everyone and not just a certain group. The entertainment was chosen by the executive board of the WBA. We certainly take into consideration the type of music for each event. The suggestion for next years event for rock n roll is duely noted!! Thank you for your feedback!
