‘Tis The Season of Giving! 104.3 WOMC, Detroit’s All-Christmas Hits Station, Hosts Santa’s Toy Castle Event on December 13 and 14

104.3 WOMC, Detroit's
Greatest Hits station, now playing all-Christmas Hits, will be broadcasting
live from Santa's Toy Castle at Center Court in Oakland Mall (412 W 14 Mile Rd,
Troy) on December 13 and 14 to benefit The Salvation Army Eastern
Michigan Division. Guests can donate un-wrapped toys for under-privileged
children at the event, which will be distributed by The Salvation Army in time
for the holidays. There will also be family-friendly activities: children can
make ornaments at the event, and there will be a Santa in the mall too.

All elves are on deck!
Morning hosts Bobby Mitchell and Stacey DuFord will be on site throughout the
two day event, which will be broadcast live on Friday December 13 from 6
a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday December 14 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. After
Bobby and Stacey broadcast their morning show they will be able to mingle with
the crowds, and participate on other shows while 104.3 WOMC hosts Jim Johnson,
Beau Daniels and Dave Fuller are on air.

Last year, the event
collected more than 15,000 new toys for area children that would otherwise not
get toys for Christmas. “The Santa’s Toy Castle event has become a WOMC
tradition and is such special way to give back for the holidays,” said Tim
Roberts, Program Director of 104.3 WOMC, a CBS Radio station. “The Salvation
Army has been such a great partner and we are honored to help them with their
mission. With the help of our WOMC listeners, I know we can succeed our goal
from last year.”

"It's only with the
continued support of our Red Kettle partners -- like WOMC -- that we can give
hope to those we serve year after year," said Major Mark Anderson, general
secretary and metro Detroit area commander of The Salvation Army Eastern
Michigan Division. "We are very grateful to station management and all the
WOMC personalities and staff who dedicate themselves to the annual Toy Castle.
Their efforts bring joy to countless children across metro Detroit on Christmas
morning."

104.3 WOMC recently switched to a special, all-Christmas greatest
hits music format in celebration of the holiday season and will be hosting
numerous community-based activities and events for families throughout the
entire holiday season. For more information, visit www.womc.com
