Wyandotte Patch Wants to Meet Those Involved with Local Nonprofits

You're invited to our Nonprofit Meetup at 10 a.m. June 6 at Tongue's Protein Bar and Chill Lounge.

Wyandotte Patch is all about making local connections and strengthening our community.

Hoping to extend our reach, we're hosting our first Nonprofit Meetup at 10 a.m. June 6 at .

Anyone involved in a local nonprofit, whether it be a charity or a church or something in between, is invited to attend the meeting to learn more about Patch, our mission and how we can help promote the great work you're doing in the community. There are many free tools the community can access through Patch and we want to teach you how to leverage those opportunities.

We've also gotten pretty good at harnessing the power of social media and would be happy to answer any questions you have on strengthening your online presence.

The meeting also will be a great networking opportunity, so come with some business cards to share.

While the meeting is geared toward nonprofits, anyone interested in learning more about Patch is welcome to attend.

We'll supply the coffee and the pens. You supply the questions and ideas. And together, we can help each other.

If you're able to attend, please RSVP on our Facebook event announcement, leave a comment below or email Wyandotte Patch Editor Jason Alley at jason.alley@patch.com. Hope to see you on the 6th!
