Another Year, Another Chance for the Fat Loss Resolution

It's a new year and time to rev up your fat loss. Maybe you've tried before and it didn't take. But this time, you can stick with it.

First, I know it’s been forever since I’ve put up a blog entry.  I apologize for that and my New Year’s resolution is to be more consistent in putting up new content.

Second. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Third. Due to it being the new year, chances are you got on the scale sometime over the last week or so, and slowly opened your eyes as you looked down at number, and then wondered whether all that tasty food over the holiday was really worth it.

So, here’s your opportunity to write down below what your goal is and what actions you are going to take (or have already started taking) to reach that goal.

Not to burst your bubble, but really think about why you might not have been able to hold to your fat loss resolution in years past. Were your goals to ambitious? Start out small. Don’t expect things to change instantly. Think in 90-day increments.

Ninety days seems like a long time, but it’s really not. As you saw from the results of my Transformation Contest, you can get some incredible results in just 90 days.

So go ahead and write out what you want to happen overall and then break that goal down into three-month increments and I’ll make sure to reference this post periodically just to see how you’re doing.
