Tom Woodruff and Jerry Kupser are running to become Wyandotte's new assessor in the May 7 general election.

Incumbent Assessor Colleen Keehn is not seeking re-election.

Woodruff spoke about his campaign during a March 6 meet the candidates event at the Copeland Center.
