Wyandotte City Officials Sworn Into Office

Retiring officials — Councilman James DeSana, City Assessor Colleen Keehn and City Treasurer Andrew Swiecki — also addressed the crowd.

The newly elected Wyandotte city officials were sworn into office Monday night.

A packed inauguration ceremony was held at Yack Arena.

Mayor Joseph Peterson, City Clerk William Griggs, City Treasurer Todd Browning and City Assessor Thomas Woodruff were inaugurated, along with the six-member City Council — Daniel Galeski, Ted Miciura Jr., Leonard Sabuda, Don Schultz, Lawrence Stec and Sheri Sutherby-Fricke.

All officials will serve for four years.
