Wyandotte Election Candidates Answer Patch Questionnaire: Todd Browning

Wyandotte Patch sent all 15 candidates running for election or re-election an identical questionnaire to give voters more information on each candidate.

The Wyandotte election is rapidly approaching and to help voters make sound, informed decisions, Wyandotte Patch created a questionnaire for candidates seeking election or re-election in 2013.

Election day is set for May 7.

Each of the 15 candidates seeking election or re-election received the same nine questions.

I married Dana Yates in September 1995/Our daughter Katie Browning
will be 13 years old in May 2013.

How long have you been a resident of Wyandotte?

I moved to Wyandotte at the age of 13 and left to attend college and serve in the military. I have been a resident for 24 years.

What is your prior political experience?

City Councilmember 2001-2013, former Civil Service Commissioner

What is your prior professional experience?

I will use my prior Council experience along with the assistance of Mr. Andrew Swiecki and Mr. Bob Szczechowski.

What made you decide to seek election/re-election?

I love being part of Wyandotte and would appreciate another opportunity to serve this wonderful city.

What issues do you see affecting Wyandotte?

The declining taxable value and maintaining services we have become accustomed to receiving.

What is your plan to address those issues?

I plan to utilize technology to continue cutting costs of operations. I plan to utilize the Internet to deliver certain services on a volunteer basis. I also plan to seek volunteers to help in the office where possible.
