Some students brought teachers from their early elementary days, while others brought their favorite Roosevelt teacher. One student even brought her grandmother, who works in the district.

School Superintendent Carla Harting said she felt "lucky" to be able to attend her first Superintendent's Dinner as the annual event is “such a wonderful way to celebrate the success of our students and have an opportunity to recognize our excellent teachers.”
