Free Adult Yoga

Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital (HFWH) invites the public to attend free yoga classes with local instructor Bharat Gupta. The two-part series is part of an ongoing effort by the hospital to promote health and wellness in the Downriver community. All classes are from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Washington Elementary School gymnasium, 1440 Superior, Wyandotte. Participants will need to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Session 1: Tuesday, Sept. 27 – Thursday, Oct. 13

Session 2: Tuesday, Nov. 1 – Thursday, Dec. 1
