Wyandotte Board of Education Seeks Input on New Superintendent

A community forum will be held Jan. 14 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Roosevelt High School.

A regional search is underway for a new superintendent in Wyandotte, the board of education said Tuesday. It plans to hold a community forum Jan. 14 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Roosevelt High School.

An online survey seeking input on what qualities parents and residents hope to see in the new superintendent will be available in the coming weeks, Wyandotte school Superintendent Carla Harting said.

“We want the residents to be involved in the process,” Harting said at the board of education study session. “We will be seeking input throughout the search.”
