Wyandotte School Officials Make Plea for Used Musical Instruments

Officials at Wyandotte Public Schools are making a plea for used functioning and non-functioning musical instruments.

Students begin preparing for the Wyandotte Roosevelt High School Marching Band in fifth grade and not all students have instruments.

Donated instruments would go to students from fifth to eighth grade to help them learn the basics of music.

All instruments are encouraged for donation and donations are tax deductible.

Instruments can be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Wyandotte Public Schools Board of Education Office located at 639 Oak Street.
