Yoshi and Prudence are Looking for Loving Homes

Visit Shelter to Home's Pet Adoption Center to see some of our adoptable cats in a home-like setting. The Pet Adoption Center, located at 266 Oak Street, is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

Yoshi was literally thrown out of his home when he became too big for his old owner's taste. A young cat who had no idea what to do, Yoshi hid under a nearby BBQ pit tarp to fend off the cold. Fortunately a neighbor left food out for him. This sweet guy lived under that tarp for several days before he was brought to a pound and discovered by Shelter to Home. He is a gentle cat who likes other cats, children and dogs. He likes to play, but will stay out of sight when the household is too chaotic. Yoshi has been neutered, tested negative for feline aids and leukemia and current on vaccines.

Prudence is the sweetest cat. She was pulled from a shelter when she was very pregnant. She had a litter of seven kittens! Those babies were a LOT of work and she did her very best to be an exceptional momma. All of her babies were adopted to wonderful homes and now Prudence waits for her turn to find her forever home. Prudence loves a good chin scratch and after she gets to know you, she loves to be a lap kitty. Prudence has been spayed, tested negative for feline aids and leukemia and current on vaccines.
