New to Shelter to Home is Annabelle.She is a beautiful Turkish Van & Calico mix and a super friendly gal with the cutest personality. She will warm your heart in an instant. She kneads bread and purrs to show you how happy she is. She is in a foster home with other felines and dogs and seems to be ok with them. She is 1-2 years old and looking for a forever home to call her own!
Lenore is an American bulldog & Chocolate Lab mix.She is almost one year old . She's a very sweet, affectionate girl. She has been well behaved with all the cats young & old and most of the other dogs she has met, but prefers male dogs to other females. She also lives with a senior dog and kids in her foster home peacefully. Lenore is crate trained and has never had an accident in the house. Her previous owner dumped her at a high risk pound with her brother (Poe) during one of the busiest times of year. The reason given was that he didn't have time for them anymore. That's his loss. Lenore and her brother are wonderful dogs that anyone would be lucky to have as companions.
All pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on shots.The Shelter to Home Adoption Center is located at 266 Oak St. in Wyandotte. All adoptions are by appointment only. The center is open from noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays for tours or visiting with some of our adoptable pets.
