Ron Adams Steps Down As Head Football Coach
Ron Adams has resigned as the head football coach at Wyandotte Roosevelt High School, a newspaper reported today.
Adams denied rumors that he was stepping down in light of the vacant head coach position at Eastern Michigan University.
EMU Coach Ron English was fired about three weeks ago.

“My decision had nothing to do with EMU. I have not had any discussion with the EMU administration. I am not a candidate,” Adams told The News-Herald.
Adams grew up in Taylor, Mich., and was the quarterback at EMU from 1984-87. He led the team to its 1987 California Bowl victory.
