Wyandotte Roosevelt Beats Gibraltar Carlson 35-7

Two touchdowns each from Devan Stewart and D'Aries Davis led the way to the Bears' sixth win, making them playoff eligible.

Wyandotte Roosevelt beat Gibraltar Carlson 35-7 on a cold, rainy homecoming Friday night.

For the Bears, Devan Stewart and D’Aries Davis each had a pair of touchdowns and Brandon Sowards scored one.

The Bears got out to a quick start and never let up on Carlson, which didn’t score until late in the final quarter.

With the victory, the Bears improve to 6-1 and earn their seventh consecutive playoff berth.

At halftime, Divon Robinson and Spencer Genrich were crowned as homecoming king and queen.

Roosevelt travels to Allen Park to take on the Jaguars next week.
