Wyandotte Roosevelt Beats Trenton 42-7

The Bears claimed a convincing victory against the Trojans.

traveled to Friday night and crushed the Trojans 42-7. The Bears put the game away early, scoring all of their points in the first half.

Brandon Sowards scored two touchdowns for Wyandotte, while Kevin Matejko, Jakob Zanski, D’Aries Davis and Devan Stewart each scored one.

The Trenton offense was outmatched by the Roosevelt defense all night and struggled to gain momentum.

The Bears stay unbeaten in 2012 Downriver League action. Their next game is at home, against Lincoln Park, at 7 p.m. next Friday.
