Wyandotte Roosevelt Volleyball Takes District Title
Bears defeat Gibraltar Carlson to advance to regional tournament.
Wyandotte Roosevelt’s volleyball team won a Division 1 district championship with a 3-1 victory over Gibraltar Carlson on Saturday at Trenton High School, according to the MHSAA.
With the victory, the Bears advanced to next week’s regional championship. Roosevelt will play Dearborn on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at Brownstown Woodhaven.
