Stop in the Copeland Center to Get Cooled Off

Wyandotte officials have opened the Copeland Center as a cooling center on Tuesday.

With temperatures hovering near 100 degrees, the city of Wyandotte has opened the as a cooling center for residents needing some relief.

The air-conditioned center at Fourth and Mulberry streets will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Residents are invited to bring food and nonalcoholic drinks with them.
