You've Got Photos: Comics and Coneys

Friday's event was a fundraiser for Wyandotte Blessings in a Backpack and the Wyandotte Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

Hundreds of people crowded into the lot at First and Elm on Friday night for

Wyandotte Patch and the joined forces to host the event, which was a fundraiser for and the .

There were coney dogs, comic book giveaways, games, prizes, bungee jumping, free chair massages and much more.

Hey....I was going to say the same thing! Little Emma Grace is our sweet grandbaby - she enjoyed herself immensely - even if she is only four months old! Thanks to everybody for all of the hard work that went into this event - it was really great to see so many families there and having fun.

Had a great time and hope the event becomes an annual happening in downtown. A suggestion, for hopefully the second annual event, would be to add some tables and chairs. Difficult to eat those coneys standing up!
