Molly, Stach Are Looking for New Homes

WAG Animal Rescue and Wyandotte Animal Pound have a multitude of animals available for adoption.

Each week, Wyandotte Patch features adoptable pets from both  and WAG Animal Rescue.

Vickie Taylor, vice president of WAG Animal Rescue, introduces us to Molly the dog and Stach the kitten:

Molly is about 1 year old and weighs 17 pounds. She is full of spunk and happy to learn new things. She would do best in a home with no other dogs, but is OK around cats. She is spayed and current on all vaccines.

Stach is a beautiful 12-week-old kitten. He is super friendly and loves kids. He enjoys attention and being petted and held. He has been combo tested negative and his shots have been started.

Anyone interested in adopting an animal from WAG is encouraged to visit the group's website and fill out an application online. The group's animals are on display every Saturday 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Livonia PetSmart, 13150 Middlebelt. As not all animals are brought up each week, potential adopters are encouraged to email the group to make arrangements for a particular animal to be available to be seen. An entire list, including photographs and descriptions, of all the group's adoptable animals can be found on its website.
