February 8th....LOVE ME BECAUSE ADOPTION EVENT @ HOODS DO IT CENTER

The Love me Because..... adoption event focuses on finding forever homes for some of the harder-to-place animals. The animals that attend the event are very special and they need you! Join us for a day of fun, happy tears, a bake sale, Chinese Raffle, and Silent Auction. 

These are a few of the cats from the Wyandotte Animal Adoption Center who will be attending this year's event!!

Love me because I am one more cat with a microchip, and an owner who didn't care enough to come get me (or my sister Alexandria) when contacted.

Love me because life as a stray was hard enough without a thyroid condition.
Love me because anyone who is looking for a cat with an outgoing and affectionate personality would really hit the jackpot with me!
Love me because I try my hardest day after day to get our shelter visitors to pick me, but they don't.....

Love me because I think I am the king of the castle.
Love me because I'm a big guy who wouldn't hurt a fly, I just do not want to live in a cage anymore.
Love me because I was microchipped, but when my family was contacted they just ignored the calls and the letter sent alerting them where I was.
Love me because I deserve people who would come get me.

Love me because my dream is to stretch out in a home of my own.
Love me because I am one of the pound's longest residents and that is not a distinction I want to have.

Love me because I didn't have anyone to take care of me when I really needed it.
Love me because I had a horrible dental malformation that took my doctors a very long surgery to correct.
Love me because it's fixed now, but I need someone who understands how important dental cleanings are for me now.
