Positively without a doubt the very best custard downriver! I wait all winter long for opening day (do I dare say I look forward to Bob Jo's opening day more than the Tiger's Opening Day?). Service is fast, friendly and curteous. They also have fat free frozen yogurt that is awesome (for those trying to watch the calories). I would definitely recommend trying Bob Jo's!!!!!

Bob Jo's Frozen Custard is a local, traditional hang out for the entire family. Established in 1947, the shop serves frozen custard, ice cream and milkshakes. It's open only in the summer, featuring a spacious lot with blue and white benches. The structure is old but the frozen custards leave people lining up and the prices are affordable too.

Been going here in the summer since I was a little girl. It was the preferred place for a delicious treat for me & my sister. Still has friendly staff a the most delicious frozen custard you will put in your mouth! {;~D Can hardly wait for the 2013 season
CUSTARD BLISS
Ah Yes Bob Jo's is now open for another season serving those great custard cones downriver since 1947. The daughter and I just returned with a belly full on half and half jumbo custard cones. The place is always lined up and well worth the 5 minute wait to order at the window. There custard cones are a bliss full treat for us each spring.

I've only had one better, it was in greek town, lemon flavored, but they don't have it anymore, Bob jo's is number one.
