Sorry to hear about your dress but I am not surprised! I sell antiques of all kinda & had justRead More bought box lot of really pretty handmade beaded bracelets, necklaces & earrings. Since T&F was a new business in wyandotte & i try to support my town; I thought I would take my items there along w/a box lot of pretty stained glass pins (also handmade). WELL, they kept my items for over a MONTH, (through Thanksgiving-beginning of Christmas) and never called me once! finally, after I called several times they told me "thanks but no thanks-we are going for HIGHER END JEWELRY HERE". Hand blown glass beads?? They are $5-10 each so a bracelet for $8 with a dozen beads is a not cheap and a good deal! I sold each & every item since then at flea markets & antique shows. Have u seen the jewelry they have in there? Knock-off Tiffany, plastic beaded bracelets & necklaces made in China-but passed on my made in USA items. I don't understand the attitude with the customers either-i have been in there several times since & each time i hardly get a nod (until i pull out my credit card!) Kinda surprised they have lasted here, with re-pro antiques & knock off's. It's just my opinion-from first hand experience! There's tons of thrift shops on fort st. & Northline-go there or eBay next time!
