Not only do you get wonderful service, expert advice, and great choices in every department, you feel like family. My favorite thing I've discovered in Total Health Foods is their variety of lactose free items. Items I haven't been able to eat in years. Now I can eat icecream again, sour cream, cream cheese on my bagels . . . Oh how I've missed those foods. I can't tell the difference in flavor. Life is good! Thank you Total Health Foods.

This is one of the best little secrets of Wyandotte.....The "Crossman's" not only are superb when it comes to customer services, but their knowledge of their products is outstanding. Let me preface something I'm going to say that I don't proclaim to be a doctor, however, my husband swears by some of the products. He's had leg (knee and feet) pain for years and was on a few different prescription medications. Since using some of the products - he is NO LONGER TAKING ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDS. Nothing! Again, I don't pretend to be a medical professional, however, the proof is in how he feels.
Total Health Foods is certainly a place to consider.....I would highly suggest visiting their establishment. Great place - great people.

Total Health Foods is a true Wyandotte GEM! The owners are passionate and dedicated. They keep long hours, making it convenient for anyone's needs. They are educated and enthusiastic "health nuts" that provide unbelievable customer service. If they don't have an answer - they FIND it! They do research and remember your question and share additional information during your next visit. They know your names! They continue to grow and provide new services -- like the almost ready to launch JUICE BAR! I can't imagine that anyone would choose a GNC over our own Total Health Foods.
