We're updating the Wyandotte Patch Facebook page and want to prominently showcase your photos.
We all have a favorite photo backdrop around town. Whether it's during the Wyandotte Street Art Fair, in one of the city's many parks or a fun gathering in your own neighborhood, there are amazing settings everywhere you look in Wyandotte. We want to show them off. Facebook is soon transforming all pages to its new "timeline" setting, which features one large photo across the top of the page. We want the photo highlighting the Wyandotte Patch Facebook page to be dynamic. We've started off the photo gallery by adding five of our favorite scenic shots of Wyandotte. Let us see what you have by adding your photos to the gallery above. We'll periodically update the photos at the top of our Facebook page and one of them could be yours.

Kathleen Edward, the girl who made news all over the world after she was taunted on Facebook about two years ago, died late Wednesday night.
After a long battle with Huntington's disease, Kathleen Edward, the 9-year-old girl who was taunted on Facebook in 2010, died at about 10 p.m. Wednesday night, according to Trenton Mayor Kyle Stack. Kathleen was at her father's house in Wyandotte when she died. Kathleen was the center of a feud with neighbors, Jennifer and Scott Petkov on Detroit Street, that eventually led to Jennifer Petkov admittingly doctoring photos to depict Edward and her late mother in a skull and cross bones and embraced by the grim reaper. Laura Edward, Kathleen's mother, died as a result of Huntington's disease in 2009. Kathleen's grandmother, Rebecca Rose, said she had mixed emotions about Kathleen's death. "A part of me is angry as hell because I shouldn't …

Watkins Hamburgers.” Beverly Tuttle Potvin: “I have some great old memories of the Wyandotte Theater - the Main and the Annex. I was sad to see that go.” Jennifer Thomas…
