Gerald Calhoun, Neighbor

My name is Gerald Calhoun, I graduated from the Henry Ford Community College Culinary program in 2008 and am now working on a Marketing degree at Schoolcraft College.  While at HFCC I worked as a chef’s assistant helping to teach new students proper cooking techniques. I have experience in food service ranging from fast food to fine dining, short orders to deserts.  I also have a passion for music.  I love music so much I decided to get into mobile dj'ing and karaoke.
