Recipe of the Week - Black Bean & Mango Salad

A wonderful summer time salad that is low cal, low carb, great tasting, and good for you.

2 c Fresh (not canned) Black Beans
3/4 c Mangos, cubed
3/4 c red sweet pepper, chopped
3/4 c green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c fat free Italian dressing
3/4 c red onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Servings: 9
